Default How do i move outlook 2007 to a new computer?

I purchased new computer and want to take off 2007 outlook on it and put it
on the new one. I tried to install the 2007 outlook on the new and it would
not accept the product key number. I read to take it off the computer first
but worried if I do this first, I may lose it on that computer and not be
able to install on new still??? I have backed up my files already.

thanks,

Gwen
