Default location of Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll

Hi,
I recently installed Office 2007 and i am doing some automation wiht
Excell so i needed to add reference to Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll and
i found this Dll while adding references which shows the following path.
C:\WINNT\assembly\GAC\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Exc el\12.0.0.0__71e9bce111e9429c\Microsoft.Office.Int erop.Excel.dll

But i cna't see this DLL in any location in my machine ,I need this DLL ,
if have to deploy this Application.

Could you please help me find this and send me an email to

Hi,

using Interop is not best way to work with Excel in .NET. You can try
using GemBox '.NET Excel component'
(http://www.gemboxsoftware.com/GBSpreadsheet.htm) which is free for
commercial use (limit is 150 rows).

Here is a list of reasons why GemBox.Spreadsheet is better then 'Excel
Interop' (http://www.gemboxsoftware.com/Excel-Automation.htm) and 'Excel
Automation' (http://www.gemboxsoftware.com/Excel-Automation.htm)
