Default Format Return Address Permanently

How can I permanently format the return address portion of the
envelopes feature in Word XP. I want to use several different type
fonts to make a distinctive looking return address.

Also, how do I create a distinctive, permanent return address for use
with a label such as Avery 5264, a 4" x 3-1/4" size label. I would
like to have the text in the label positioned like that on an
envelope, i.e. with the return in the upper left corner and the
addressee information a few spaces below and indented about 10 spaces.

Your best bet is to create an envelope/label template. For an envelope,
start with a new document and set the paper size to COM 10, #10 Envelope, or
however it is identified by your printer driver. Adjust the margins
appropriately, then insert a paragraph in Envelope Return style followed by
one in Envelope Address style. This will give you a starting point. For a
sheet of labels, click the New Document button in the Labels dialog and
start from there. The labels are set up as a table, so make sure you have
the table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines).
