Default Setting up Team Calendars in Outlook 2003

Hello,

I am part of a small team (about 15 people) in a large organization. We
have partially implemented a Team Calendars installation, but some of us are
not able to complete the installation.

I get the following message when I try to set the Home Page for the new
calendar:

Could not obtain offline settings for the address 'file:\My
Documents\teamcal.htm'. Certain types of addresses cannot be made available
offline. Generally, the address must begin with 'http://'.

Other members of the team have no problems, other do not get this message,
but their systems lock up when they try to add Team Members.

I am using Outlook 2003, other members are using the same, or Outlook XP and
Outlook 2000. There doesn't seem to be any consistency.

Help!

Kahuna
