Default Sent emails - reply not received

After sending a email - we are not receiving incoming email, when the reply
option is being used.
we are receiving incoming email - just not when the option is being used

So when people reply to mail you sent, the reply is bouncing to them?
without knowing the error code, it's almost impossible to know why that is
happening.

What type of email account do you have? If POP3 or IMAP, verify the address
in tools, account settings is correct. Triple check it.
