Remove Hidden Data Tool and Accept All Changes in Document
There is a great debate going on in my office regarding the Tracking and
Reviewing features of Word. The higher ups are telling me that the "accept all changes" does not remove all tracked information from the document. However, I can find no information to support this theory. I have tested the new Remove Hidden Data Tool for Word and it appears that one of the macro steps is to accept all changes in the document. For purposes of quality control, I do need to verify that the reviewing features are removing the data. Anyone have any idea? thanks! Natalie |
