Default Attachments in Outlook & Outlook Express

My ISP offers email through a web based mail programme. I use Outlook 2007 as
my client, my partner uses Outlook Express 6. If I send an email with an
attachment, the attachment is viewable and able to be saved from the web
based mail client, but not in Outlook Express. It works ok in the opposite
direction. I have followed the instructions from our ISP as to how to set up
Outlook / Express to handle mail and there are no references to handling
attachments. Is there a setting in Outlook or Express that we have missed
that are blocking attachments? Thanks in advance.

Make sure your e-mail format in Outlook 2007 is set to HTML or Plain Text
format. If it is set this way and the e-mail address is coming from a
contact record in Outlook, open the contact record and then double click on
the e-mail address. Make sure that message format is **not** set to Outlook
Rich Text.
