Default OE6 Download

I have friend whose PC crashed and we ran the manufacturer's restore disk.
This is old Win98 box. He has been using MSN.com as his ISP.
The MSN s/w is contained on the restore disk as well as OE.
When we tried to upgrade the MSN s/w, because MSN.com insists, the process
fails with a script error.
A call to the MSN help desk was not productive.
My plan was to download both OE6 and the latest version of the MSN s/w to my
PC and save them to a CD.
The problem in doing that is that only the "required" OE6 files are
downloaded.
Except it is looking at my PC to see what it needs. Wrong answer.
Since he can't get on-line, we can't do it from his end.
Apart from ordering the CD, is there anyway that I can download the whole
OE6 s/w to my PC?
I am on cable so D/L time is not an issue. Neither is the $5 fee. Just
looking for expedience.
