Default Moving local folders from OE 6 on Win 98 to OE 6 on Win XP

How do I move the local folders from one machine (Win 98
& OE 6) to another machine (Win XP Pro & OE 6)?

I have copied the .dbx files to the new machine in the
right directory but Oe does not recognise them.

Please help!

Put the dbx files into a blank directory. Then go to File | Import | =
Messages and point to that directory.
