When I try to print out my Excel worksheet, the page prints out blank except
for the header. How can I fix this? Does this mean the cells are all hidden,
somehow, and I just need to unhide them? How would I unhide them if that's
the problem?

If rows and columns are hidden, you would see "missing" rows or columns,
for example you would see A, B, C then it would jump to F, G, H or 1,
2, 3 and jumps to 7, 8, 9...

My guess is that the print area was set up somehow, try to clear it.

Go to File, Print Area, Clear Print Area

Hope that helps

If you can see the cells on the screen, they are not hidden. Could be a
number of things though. You could have set a print range, which has now
become a blank area on your sheet? what happens when you do a Print Preview?
What does it look like when you go into Page Break view? Do you select a
range to print, and do you then click the Selection option?

I'm not sure if excel really sees much of a difference between printing and
print previewing.

I think I'd try a new printer/printer driver.

Or even check the ink levels????

I've tried on three lazer and 2 bubblejet printers.

I will get back to you all on the 23rd-24th of August when the user gets
back from leave.

I am having the same problem. I have tried to clear the print area, but it
doesn't seem to do anything. In the "Page Break Preview" mode, page 1 is at
the top but then after the header page 4 is displayed and I can not seem to
move the page break line inbetween them to show pages 2 and 3. In the print
preview mode this comes up as page 1, 2 and 3 only having a header, and then
the data starting on page 4 with a header. Is there a way to fix this so that
I only have 1 page of printing, rather than 3 'blank' pages and then one page
of data?
