Default BCC Question

I have a msg that has an email address in the BCC field. If I try to Save As .txt, the BCC field does not get entered into the resulting text file. Is this a normal occurrence? Is there some way around this that will result in the BCC field being populated? Could this be an issue with Outlook 2007? Would an older version have the same results?
