Free Speech to Text tool
Hello,
I am looking mainly for a free speech (MP3 or even wav) to text tool. If it can be programmed, please any hints workin here on XP operating systems Many thanks |

MS Speech SDK:
http://www.microsoft.com/speech/download/sdk51/ Includes samples for creating Speech applications in Visual Basic.
