I want junk mail moved to junk folder, but it copies instead.
I have a rule set up to move messages tagged with [SPAM] in the subject line
(by spam assassin on my mail server) to the junk mail folder. Instead, Outlook copies them. Not very helpful. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to end the message rule with "stop processing other rules"? Outlook 2000 |

Yes, you should always include "stop processing" as an action for a "move"
rule. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Gregg" wrote in message ...
