Default Outlook 2003 new install

I've installed MS Office 2003 on 3 computers without any real issues. This
4th computer is annoying me though. Whenever outlook is open there is
constantly a screen popping up asking for a username and password to log onto
the outgoing server account. The screen heading is "Log on to Network". I
double checked the settings left over from Office 2000 and made sure they
matched what the records said they should be. When the screen is not popping
up (rare), the account set up can send and recieve emails - I've checked.
There were no problems with this with MS 2000. The computer received an
upgrade to Norton Internet Security 2006 on it as well. Has anyone had and
solved this problem? Does anyone have any ideas?
