Default switching back to outlook from express

I switched from outlook to outlook express as my primary mail access, not
realizing it would go to my old e-mail address from South Carolina as a
default, and that I would lose all my messages in my outlokk inbox. I want
to switch back. How can I do this?

Thanks for the info. I still don't know how to get rid of the old
earthlink account from South Carolina

In Outlook Express? See
http://www.insideoe.com/ for comprehensive
information about OE.

and get my outlook mail back on my page.

I don't know what this means. Outlook mail doesn't come "on a page".

even though it allowed me to enter the
optonline.net info, it won't let me get to that e-mail.

Define "won't let me get". Do you get any error messages? If so, post
their EXACT text. How EXACTLY (excluding real usernames and passwords, of
course) have you tried to configure the account?

First, when I sign in, it comes up as popserver earthlink.net, which isn't
true, and I hit cancel until it goes away. Then I tried to remember how I
got my optonline.net account to be my e-mail primary when I first set up here
in July, and tried to do it again. I wound up in Import Mail Settings, and
just followed that. But it didn't change anything. Does that answer your
questions, or do you need more details?

I know you are trying to help me and I appreciate it, don't mean to sound
like I have an attitude, just am frustrated by this situation. Thanks, again.
