Folder view and Shortcut View in Outlook2003
Hi all,
We are slowly moving our staff off OutlookXP to Outlook2003. One thing that is differnet is that there is no longer the Outllok Bar menu option. One user (the CEO ) would like the default view to be his customised shortcuts as apposed to the folder view. I managed to find a KB article that explains which reg key needs to be fiddled to do this. For those interested here's the URL http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/as...182481033.aspx Although this forces Outlook2003 to open the shortcut view as default, if you the MAIL button from the toolbat it goes straight to the folder view. Does anyone know how to force the shortcut view in all circumstances? tia Craig |
