how to compare the old code and new code?
Lets say your old data is in A:B and new data is in C (with description in
A and C) In E1: =VLOOKUP(C1,A:B,2,FALSE) This will find the old code. If you want to highlight where changes have occured: =VLOOKUP(C1,A:B,2,FALSE)=D1 -- Best Regards, Luke M "Pradeep_ji78" wrote in message ... I have old code and old description in my excel.
