Default Losting papersize distributing mde.

Access 2003 + SP1.

Sometimes occurs this problem, normally not, but in some reports happens:

I dessign an access report with some paper (A5),... compile and create an mde.
It runs ok in my laptop (both mdb and mde), i distribute to the costumer and
the reports open with other paper (normally A4), the costumers chage de
source paper and runs...
Why access change the source paper that i select in the design?
Thanks
