Default 2 Axis chart and scaling

Hi,

I want to create a 2 axis chart. The 2 y axes have a relationship two each
other. Thus if I change the scale on one, I want the other to change to
keep the correct relationship. Can this be done?

Yes, though you will have to calculate and set the axis scale values by
hand. See Excel Tips

Scroll down and check the pdf file 'Singe chart with dual axis'
