Default Seeing Keystrokes for Macros

I have forgotten some of the keystrokes I use to create some of my macros.
In Word 2007 I can get a list of macros, but not the keystrokes associated
with them. VB editor does not give me this information either.

Where can I get a list of my macros and the keystrokes associated with them?

I'd probably start by asking the question on the word forum.
