Merge public and privat contact
Hello
I use outlook with Exchange server, I have my privat contacts and there are also public contacts that are shared through the "Public Folder". So now if I want to see my privat contact I have to go in "My contact" and if I want to see the public contact I have to go in "Other Contact". I can't see both in one time. So my question is if there is a way to see all the conact (merge all the contact) without copying all the public contact in my privat contact which would make doubled contact. Thank you very much Alex |

Merge public and privat contact
Hi Alex,
the short answer is "No". You can not "overlay" the addressbooks by default. You have to merge all contacts in one contact folder. -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange: Public ShareFolder Synchronisation for Notebooks: Public SyncTool http://www.publicshareware.com "Alex" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ...
