Default Subform linking back to form, combobox help

I have a project form that I can't seem to link a subform to. In the
project form there are the fields: Company, Job Number,
DateEntered,... and From. The from field I want to have a combo box
select the from ID but only show the name and address(I have this set
up using a query and it works fine).

The problem is linking that combo selection to a sub from that shows
the From name, address and other info so the user can verify it is all
correct or else enter a new "from" entry.

Any ideas?
