T0 Whom Who Runs This Program, please note I DO NOT WANT THIS PROGRAM how
please do I get it off my computer.

What Programme? try Control Panel add remove programmes but be careful

Or perhaps you might find yourself needing to use

Format C:\

as a command in a command window :-)
