Default removing autofill names in outlook

how do you remove the names that pop-up when you manually enter an email
address into the TO: area of a new email? some of these are old address and
i don't like them cluttering my info

Use your arrow key to highlight the name in the dropdown
list, and use your delete key to remove it from cache.
