Default how do I view the mail merge reciepients lists larger

When doing a mail merge in Word 2003, when you have selected your data and
the "Mail merge receipients" list comes up, how do you enlarge this so you
can see all the columns on your screen other than dragging the arrows as this
doesnt show all my columns.

Default how do I view the mail merge reciepients lists larger

I don't know of a better way than Alt-space (brings up the "System
menu" for the window) then Maximise or X, then Alt-space Restore or R to
restore it to its usual size.
