inserting page breaks
I created a form which lists all the information for each Service Number
(grouped by this field). My form lists a Service Number then lists all the fields with that number. How do I make my report to put a page break before going on to the next Service Number? |

inserting page breaks
You would click on the "report" section of your database and create a new
report. You can base it on the same query as your form most likely. Then use the grouping and sorting options to tell it where to group (break) into sections. There is a property associated with the groups that allows you to break a page before or after the group. The report wizard should do most of this for you. -- Rick B "Abby Lee" wrote in message ...
