Default Why are my calendar appointments in Grenwich Mean Time?

Recently got all my appointments set up on Outlook 2k. Moved to another
computer on the Network, and suddenly my appointments are in GMT instead of
local time. All the computer times are locked by SysAdmins, so I can't just
change the computer time, and that's about three dozen times to move if I
can't get it fixed. Any suggestions?

outlook uses utc and time zone offsets to set appointment times. if you move
them to a computer that has a different time zone, the appointment time is
adjusted for the new zone.
