Same problem: Signature (created in Word per instructions on Help) ok on
sending emails from Outlook, but is greyed on when I click "reply." Went
back to Word. Tried all possible fixes. Am NOT using plain text. Using
Palatino. Maddening! Can you help?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
