Default How can I select two gradient colors (e.g. blue and green)?

In the old office version I was able to choose two gradient colors e.g. blue
and green. How I can do the same in this new 2007 version?
I just get those preset gradients (like orange and yellow) and I really
don't want to use those. I'd like use colours that fits into my presentation.
