meetings, is there an option that can prevent another employee from overriding the meeting that a previous employee created to schedule their meeting in that time slot or day? |

Overriding meetings scheduled in public calendar
Are they adding overlapping appointments or deleting other peoples
appointments? You can't prevent overlapping appointments in a public folder - you'd need to use a resource mailbox for that- but you can prevent others from editing or deleting items they did not create. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "Brandon C."
