Corrupted Word File
how do I fix it? I finally got it to open but it is garbage. Is there anyway
to retrieve it?

Corrupted Word File
It all depends on the format of the document and the extent of the
corruption. What does Word report when you try to open it? If it is a Word 97-2003 format (.doc) document, try opening it with the "recover text from any file" option; if it is a Word 2007 format (.docx or ..docm) document, what is the error message that is displayed? -- Enjoy, Tony www.WordArticles.com "slamet" wrote in message news  how do I fix it?
