Default Form Headers?

How do you keep your form header on top of all pages not just #1?
(EX: I am making a inventory count sheet and I have different Vehicles as
column headers under the Form Headers) but I want to have them on top of each
new page.

If you mean for *printing* purposes, use Page Header/Footer rather than (or
in addition to) Form Header/Footer.
