Default How do I show the low-price supplier from seven different quotes?

Since you don't give any detail, I'll assume that your quotes are in
B2:H2 and that you want to show the low-price supplier via conditional
formatting.

Select B2:H2, with B2 the active cell. Choose Format/Conditional
Formatting and set the dropdowns and textboxes to

CF1: Formula is =B2=MIN(B2:H2)

Click Format:

Format1: Patterns/color of your choice
