Default Openning Office 2003 Software

I have Office 2003 installed on my laptop. Each time I open a program, that
program requires me to accept the licensing/terms and conditions agreement.
I would like to accept it once and not see it again everytime I open a
program. How can I make it stop asking me to accept the agreement everytime
I open an Office 2003 program?
