Default Make Text Invisible

Hello,
I am using Access 2003, Window XP Pro. I use a form control name
RequisitionNumber on two separate form, what I hope to achieve with your
assistance is not make the RequisitionNumber text be shown on the form that
the number does not relate to. In other words, the number is enter on one
form but when I go to the other form and scroll through the records the
number is visible. I have check the properties section and I am aware of the
process to make the control invisible, I am hoping to make the text
invisible. Thank you for your assistance.

Tim,
maybe put an unbound textbox over that control.
Make the unbound text box locked so users can't type in it and remove its
tab stop.
Make sure this textbox is in front of the real field's control.
Note, I haven't tested this.

Hello Jeanette, I agree with your suggestion and I can visualize your process
working. An additional suggestion that I was informed on is to try and
incorporate a field in the tables for document type to let the form know when
to display the requisition number.
