Default Linking to HTML anchor; preserving links in PDF

I have a drawing created in Visio 2002. I want to link
from specific shapes or text blocks to a specific anchor
A name="anchor_name". How is this done so that the link
is preserved when I save the Visio file as PDF? The
Address in the hyperlink dialog is

topics.htm#topic2

Acrobat thinks the file name is "topics.htm#topic2"

Alternatively, can I link to a specific location in a
Word file? Will this be preserved when saving as PDF
(Acrobat 6)?
