Visual C++ Runtime Error in Visio Pro

Hi,
When running Visio Pro following scenerio plays out:
- Visio Loads up
- Following err msg appears
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Visio11
\Visio.Exe
abnormal program termination

-followed by program termination

The problem is particularily troublesome because I have
tried any number of approaches, including Re-installing,
Repairing, etc. Seems all of which fails to remedy the
Setup.ini file -- it stubbornly loads-up a faulty
configuration. Have tried to delete UMLVC60.DLL but no
help here.

Problem seems to have come about when I was using UML
feature in Visual Basic after resetting Macro security
level to Lowest level in Visio.

Anyone have a suggestion here. I just purchased Visio and
was starting to experiment w different features. Never saw
anything like this, especially considering the Reinstalls
etc. Right now I'm up the proverbial creek since
exhausting all obvious alternatives.
