Default unable to view the matter in the received mail

hi ,

i have received a mail from one of my boss, only with FROM and TO address
without any matter but the same when i took a print i could see the matter in
the printout. i tried to see the preview also but matter was not to be seen.
please suggest what could be the problem and what to do to rectify that...

Using an Hotmail account?
You can solve this issue by disabling your virus scanner's integration with
Outlook. If this is not possible for your virus scanner solution, you can
update to the latest BETA version of the Outlook Hotmail Connector.
