Is there any way to insure that no matter what size monitor is used to view
my web page that my web page is centered? Right now it is to the left and to
long for me to view in web preview.

I believe websites created with Publisher 2000 are the only ones that you
can add the center code to center your website. This can be done manually
by editing the html files or automatically by using a program such as
Replace in Files.

You can get Replace in Files at http://www.emurasoft.com/index.htm

In the program you will need to fill four boxes; these are the entries:

/head
/head center
*html
The fourth box enter the path to where your website html files are located;
use the browse button

The four check buttons below can be left unchecked.

You will need to change the html files every time you do a "Save as a
website" of your pub files.

I know this was submitted a while ago and for Publisher 2000. Is there a way
to do this in Publisher 2007? My webpages look differently when viewed on a
widescreen display, for example, versus other display sizes. Thanks so much
for your time and expertise!

Look at the post *Center Webpage* posted by Clint on 9/8/2009 6:33 AM. It has
some code you can add to your web page.

So why the hell don't Microsoft make this a feature in all Publisher progs,
not just on this year? And why does it have to be so laborious?
Surely this is a 'duh' requirement for all website that they are centred in
the middle of the page. It is driving me nuts that each computer I view my
website on, it comes up looking totally different from the site I designed!
Grrrrrrr!!!!!

Actually Publisher is finally getting a clue about creating websites.

http://office-blog.net/post/Office-2...sher-2010.aspx
Creating new Web sites and Web publications is not available in Publisher
2010. However, users can still edit Web publications created in an earlier
version of Publisher. Publisher 2010 does not display a folder of Web site
templates, or a user interface access point to change a publication to Web
mode. However, users see a Web mode tab when they open a Web publication
created in an earlier version of Publisher.
