I created a project that I need to break into two 5x7's. How do I do this?

Ideally you should have set up your publication in the size you needed it
but since it's too late for that............ You are going to have issues
because the proportions are not the same. I would convert it to a .pdf and
then print it scaled down to the size you need (or something close to that
size).
