Cannot open Publisher 98 file in Publisher 2003

We have a file created with Publisher 98. We have just
purchased and installed Publisher 2003 and cannot open
the 98 file.

Are you using Norton Anti-virus?

That could be the problem. Disable the script blocking and, in options,
disable "Office Plug-ins". Also, make sure you've downloaded all of the
Publisher updates from Microsoft's website.

menu in Norton Anti-virus?

I'm really the wrong one to ask. I dumped Norton and now use AVG. I used to
be a Norton fan but I like free much better and don't have to fight with it
to work with Publisher.

Anyone here still use Norton or can help Staci?
