Default Cannot start Microsoft Outlook

Outlook will not open:
Pop up reads
"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened"

Default Cannot start Microsoft Outlook

Did it ever work?
Have you verified your account settings and that your path to the mailbox or
pst-file actually exists?

The lack of detail in your post prevents us from giving you a more direct or
precise answer.

Include at least;
-your version of Outlook (Help- About)
-type of mail account (POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, Outlook Connector,
Exchange, other...?)
