Shuts down. This has been happening often. Some issues must be causing
this. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

aandj

When was the last time you compacted your message store folder?
(File/Folder/Compact All Folders and let it run to completion without
touching anything on the computer).

It compacts on a schedule, so it's quite regular.

What schedule? There is no schedule for compacting on older versions. But
if you don't want to try it as outlined earlier and see if it fixes the
problem, then there's no point in continuing the discussion, is there?
