Default Forms

I have created a form based off of a table.
I now want to provide the user with some filtering ability on this form. How can I pass SQL Statements to the form based upon a user's selection. My first thought was to create a second form with Option Buttons. Upon selecting an option a SQL Statement would filter the form. Not sure how to do this though.

Thanks
ACase
