Find and Replace a Null Value
Hi,
I would like to know how to find and replace a Null value in a field. Some rows have a value of D already, but most are null. How can I specify that I am looking for a null value. I tried " " and [] in the Replace box and the replace options would remain gray. Thanks!! |

Find and Replace a Null Value
You should use an Update Query instead:
UPDATE MyTable SET MyField = "D" WHERE MyField Is Null; Replace "MyTable" with your actual table name and "MyField" with your actual field name. -- --Roger Carlson www.rogersaccesslibrary.com Reply to: Roger dot Carlson at Spectrum-Health dot Org "Matt" wrote in message ...
