Default Known Problems with Access 2003?

have discovered three problems with Acces 2003 (as compared with Access
2000) so far:

1: CTRL-Semicolon does not insert current date (CTRL-Colon i.e. with SHIFT
does insert current time) into form fields.

2: The "page header" in the Reports gets shifted right by about 1 centimeter
on all page numbers 2 onwards. First page is OK.
3. If you have lots of VB code in your Forms or Reports , Recompile (or
Save) takes a long time and takes a toll on CPU usage (even on powerful and
resourceful systems).

Any Suggestions?

Sorry, The first problem regarding date-insertion by CTRL-Semicolon was
noticed in Office XP (Access 2002) and not in Access 2003.

None of those symptoms experienced here.

1. Ctrl+semicolon inserts date fine.

2. Page Header section is consistent across all pages.

3. Compiling not longer than A2000 or A2003, though all 3 take *much* longer
than A97.

Same here in 2002. None of the reported problems. Perhaps one of the three
Service Packs fixed them?

I have heard of issues comparable to 2) with some languages that flow from
right to left rather than left to right. However, you would think that if
Habib's language was right to left, it would have been mentioned in the
original post.

Yes Sorry I did not mention that the report mainly contains Arabic (A
right-to-left language) text.
I am also sorry to have posted general questions about Access in the Queries
section, because at fist it did not strike me as the section for problems
realted to Queries (Views), but rather as a section to raise queries about
Access.
