Default Can't print to PDF file or main printer but can to another printer

Access 2003 with Win XP Pro.
There are several reports in one of my databases that has problems printing.
If I
print to my Tektronix color laser, the top line of the page says, "Error:
rangecheck" followed by "Offending command: endcidrange" then the 3rd line as
"Stack:"
Finally, there are a series of similar sets of lines. They start with a
5-digit integer with the nex t two lines showing (~^). These last 3 lines
are repeated down the rest of the page.
If I print to ADOBE v6, I also get the error. However, what isstrange is
that if I print to my Epson 2200, it prints fine. I havereinstalled/repaired
Office. I also created a new database and imported everything into it and
the porblem stayed the same.
I'm at a loss as to how to troublshoot this further. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

I should have also mentioned Access is SP1.
I have done some additional troubleshooting and have determined and verified
that the problem is caused by having a label box with vertical text. When I
either removedit or changed it to horizontal, it was fine. Any suggestions?
Thanks so much!

Me again.
I changed the printer driver from PS to PCL and it prints out to my
Tektronix 6250 just fine now. Still can't print to a PDF file.
