Word 2003 Document: bottom margin not respected by text.

Default Word 2003 Document: bottom margin not respected by text.

Although I've set my margins over and over and made them defaults, my text
stops at least an inch or two before the bottom margin. I have tried
everything from changing defaults on individual documents to changing the
defaults in the blank document template...HELP!
