Look in Tools | Macro | Macros, for a macro named FilePageSetup. If such
exists, it is hijacking the File | Page Setup command so that it does not
behave the way you expect. If you find such a macro, either delete it, or
change the "Macros in" setting until you find which template or add-in
contains the macro, then unload that add-in (and remove it from your Startup
folder).

Thank you Cindy, However this reply does nothing to help me understand why
the "PAGE SETUP MENU OPTIONS BOX" refuses to show itself when I click on
"PAGE SETUP" in the "FILE MENU"?? It would be very easy to correct the

issue
if I could understand why it ONLY changes the page setup & the options box
nover show up to make these changes??

Thank you for your attempt to help me! I greatly appreciate your time!

Hi =?Utf-8?B?Y2ExOTY3?=,

Perhaps you have a macro named FilePageSetup?

As I use the "page setup" button, my page automaticaly changes to a

version I
have used previously, actually used most often.... But now I have

forgotten
how to terminate the auto function.... I have search every where

before
coming here to bother any of you... Sorry!

I would like to contionue to use this format, however in the instance

I need
to alter it, I would like to be able to do this at my descression...
