Default Calculating Totals of data in Access 2007

Im Stuck in how to total up fields of data. i have 3 fields with Curreny, and
3 fields of data which i want to display i my Form. at the bottom of the form
in the footer i want a Total of each of the 3 currency coloums. They are for
maintenance costs and software costs for the year per Machine, in each
office. so i then want a grand total of two totals, and to be able to sort it
